I just bought animal pack and this will be my first time taking it. I was just wondering if i had to take 2 packs a day. it says i serving size is 2 packs but i was wondering if it was really necessary to take 2 packs a day.

youll be good with one...honestly i stopped taking a multi i eat really high quality food so i feel its kinda pointless

They are really unnecessary.

I ended up with a kidney stone while taking them. And that was just 1 pack a day.

Im with 12, with a good/proper diet, multi's can actually do more harm than good.
