Question How to reduce body water?

I'm on my 6th week of a cutting cycle. 205lbs and body fat is 10% right now. the thing i noticed is my total body water is being increased week after the other.

    - I drink ALOT of water throughout the day
    - I try to avoid salt as much as possible
    - I do cardio 25 mins everyday

no improvement.....what else should I do to decrease body water?

I bought some dandelion root and vitamin C and was wondering how to use them? please advice..

Yeah, well, never said it wasn't dangerous. But it is the most effective, albeit it is a pharmaceutical, so it really doesn't belong in the supp section. The best supplement water pill I've used is Cellucor's L2.
