My best advice is to eat less per meal but more oftin. When I bulk, I set my phone alarm to go off every 2 hours for 8 meals a day. You don't have to be hungry to eat, but you can't be stuffed to the gills.
you gotta train yourself to eat...taking all those shakes will get expensive
switch it up a bit. and get your stomach used to it by taking enzymes and probiotics. eat often like dude says. start off the day with a smaller meal. dont stuff yourself and drink water throughout the day when you arent eating to keep your stomach expanding. eat one or two heads of lettuce. thats what the competitive eaters do to expand their gut. and it adds roughage so you dont get locked up.
