    layer of ab fat

    so there is nothing that anyone would recomend to help out with losing a little layer of fat above the abs other then eat right and Cardio?
    just so i understand?

    there is no magic pill.
    get your ass to the gym and put in hard work.

    lift,do abs,do Cardio and eat right.

    the only thing that is going to help you is knowledge.

    sadly i got a bit of excess skin right where my lower two abs would show. the other four are nice but they're missing the other two lol. it's the same thing for me man, just keep at it at the gym, eating right, and cardio. it may take some time but that flab of yours will go away, just be patient.
