dextrose and whey protein in a two to one ratio ie... 80 grams dextrose and 40 grams whey protein. I also use a little Mct oil in mine too.

say thre 30g a scoop take 2.5 scoops and if protien has 20g scoop take 2 scoops

I got tired of whey protein and have been using Liquid Pasteurized Egg Whites with my dextrose. They're food and not a supplement. 100% bio-available food.
