recommend a good diuretic that doesn't make u feel like crap

this if for all the experienced bodybuilders and athletes.
please recommend a good diuretic that doesn't make u feel like crap (not lasix).. the goal is to remove excess water, not ALL water :)

It can be medical or natural, as long as it works !

Please tell me how you felt on it too, could you train well ? were you tired ?

i had pretty good results w/ taraxatone during contest prep

of course a lot of your water shedding is going to be directly related to your method of water depletion

i found that water loading for 4 days, then stopping water intake all at once, made me dry as a bone :)
