and then in the evening I hit the gym...
1.Can I mix the ECA (actually its eff and Labrada Charge) with the Crealean2?
2.Would I get any beneffits (fat loss or pump) from adding Animal Nitro (only thing I can get)?
3.Are these supps blunting the fat loss I'm getting from my weight training?
4.Should I take 3 b4 abd 3 after as instructed, or just one of these doses?
