    Question Raw Whey Protein ?

    Has anyone ever used Raw Whey Protein ?
    I got it yesterday. Had one serving and its tasteless and its kind of crystalline form but not crystals. Dissolves in cold water instantly and no stomach upset.

    Can you suggest me if you have used it or is it fake ?

    ya i know its sounds funny shifty. But good bodybuilders are using this powder for bulking protein. and the local manufacturers are using it in their protein products.

    Have you used raw whey anyhow ?
    can you tell the taste and its form ?

    It just unflavoured and comes in a big sack?

    I use the bulk unflavoured stuff, is much cheaper than brand products.

    Stuff i get is slightly grainy and has a slightly milky / musty taste.

    LOL... you are right.
    its exactly like that.
    I got it in a sack of 15 kg and its unflavored (sorry i said tasteless) and its slightly grainy. yeah its slightly milky. I also tried to taste the powder (without mixing it in water) and it taste sweet like 5 % very very slight sweet.

    I like the stuff... works out hell of a lot cheaper than brand stuff, and also isnt full of sweeteners.

    Also good cause ya can add ya own flavours and not be stuck with the same flavour constantly.

    ha ha ha thats right i have been loading with cytosports whey 10lbs and again i had it and its agin in cocoa bean. At night also i see chocolate whirling around my head.
    Thanks Shifty for clearing my doubt atleast i can load double the amount of whey now.

    Whats the rest of ya diet like?

    As ya cant rely on huge amounts of protein through shakes.

    Okie .. so here i go with my diet.

    1. i take 50 gms of oats 3 times a day (total 150 gms)
    2. 50 gms peanuts /day
    3. Amino Acid Tabs
    4. Protein shake 50 gm 4 times a day (200 gms)
    5. 3 wheat flour chapatis 3 times a day.(sometime they are total of 10)
    6. Dal or sometime soya chunks

    forgot to add Eggs and veggies.
    man u can understand, when it comes to eat then its all there but when someone ask you its like bump sometime for me. LOL
