Just a quick question. I'm taking naNO Vapor prior to my workout. I lift weights for 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs depending on what day it is. After my weight workout I hit Cardio (HIIT) eitther on the treadmill or eliptiglider. Here's the question:
The HALO instructions say to take this immediately after my workout. Now assuming that the HALO is replenishing the gylocogen in my body this makes sense. But I do cardio afterwords. The first two time I took the HALO after weight and before cardio. During the cardio I got bad cramps and couldn't perform to my maximum potiental.
I Then thought "I will do weights and then cardio and take the HALO after my cardio". Is this too late to take the HALO product?
Should I continue to take the HALO immediatly after my weight workout then wait to do my Cardio (I work out at night from 6pm to 8pm, gym closes at 9pm)
What are your suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this?
