Right now I'm working on cutting. I'm trying to get my CARBS down to 100gms and under. I do really well on my food intake. When I add in my naNO Vapor for PreWO and HALO for PWO it brings me up well over 100gms. Can some please help me. What can I sub for my PreWo and PWO supps? The naNO Vapor really isn't doing anything for me anyway.
