everytime I drink a gallon or more of water a day I get them. Never really had them from creatine.
never got them from creatine. now a lot of caffine is another story
kre-alkalyn is easier on my stomach. taking it with food makes it worse and i dont workout on an empty stomach either.
Never from creatine, sure its not your protein shake (if taking one) ?
ima try switching to kre-alkalyn cause i dont taking in alot of caffeine and ive been using the same protein shake for a while now so i dont think its that.
