id say a multivitamin, preferable natural foods powder. good amount of protein in the diet and yes lots of greens. sleep is most often the most neglected part of immunity. your body needs rest. probiotics also help greatly. i find that b vitamins also help for me.

I don't know if this fits here, but since I hit puberty I had a problem with zits on my back. I know ACNE involves hormonal inbalances and low immune system... That being said, bout 4 months ago I started taking greens and glutamine and no more acne... Pretty pumped on that
