    Bcaa

I just got 300g of BCAA made by Dymatize nutrition in powder form. I assume the best time to take it on training days is pre-work out to inhibit protei breakdown during exercice. A spoon(5.2g) contains 1,262mgs L-Valine and L-Isoleucine respectively, and 2,526mg of L-Leucine. Is one scoop pre-WO sufficient, and should I take any on non-training days? My goal is to gain muscle mass if it helps.

the powder dissolve so horribly + tastes bad. I feel like returning it and switching to pills... The guy told me powder form is good because it digest right away and therefore is beneficial for the workouts... u guys felt any improvement using BCAA's?

I like the powder because I buy in bulk.

Either mix it with my shakes or with Crystal Lite.

    Works for me.

    AT LEAST 20 grams para-training.

Most definitely one of the most worth while supplements if dosed correctly. The efficacy of the supplement is entirely correlated with the amount dosed.

Speaking from personal experience, as well as the experiences of anyone else with whom I've spoken that have done similarly, mega-dosing BCAAs para-training is the best, albeit pricey, method of supplementing with them. Start with 20 grams and work your way up 40-50 grams.
