Im now 203lbs. Im 6’3” and 25 years old. I take ECA at about 8am and noon 4 days a week.
(twice a day; 4 days a week)
1 Lee Labrada Charge capsule (150mg caffeine)
1 ephedrine 25mg
1 asprine (325mg> in think that’s the dosage)
I have cut back my diet by not eating many carbs before 6pm on work out days and a salad with chicken for lunch. I usually eat eggs and/or cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and some type of lean dinner. There is always a protein bar and protein shake some where in the middle of the day. I always eat pretty clean except for the weekends. I might splurge a couple meals on the weekends> pizza or fried chicken.
Im thinking about doing my work-out at about 6:30 a.m. instead of 4:30p.m. to get my metabolism going earlier. It thought the ephedra would have helped that
