    ECA help! its not working

    Guys,
    I have been taking ECA for about 3 weeks and haven’t noticed any considerable weight loss. I have only lost 3 pounds

    Can yall give me any pointers to improve or change?

    Im now 203lbs. Im 6’3” and 25 years old. I take ECA at about 8am and noon 4 days a week.

    (twice a day; 4 days a week)
    1 Lee Labrada Charge capsule (150mg caffeine)
    1 ephedrine 25mg
    1 asprine (325mg> in think that’s the dosage)

    I have cut back my diet by not eating many carbs before 6pm on work out days and a salad with chicken for lunch. I usually eat eggs and/or cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and some type of lean dinner. There is always a protein bar and protein shake some where in the middle of the day. I always eat pretty clean except for the weekends. I might splurge a couple meals on the weekends> pizza or fried chicken.

    Im thinking about doing my work-out at about 6:30 a.m. instead of 4:30p.m. to get my metabolism going earlier. It thought the ephedra would have helped that

    I would get yourself over to the diet section buddy cos thats more than likely where the problem lies - little tip though: the GLA in evening primrose oil enhances the fat burning effect of ECA.

    there really isnt any high quality evidence to back that assumption

    Which assumption? - That your diet is off or that GLA enhances the effects of ECA?

    Well I'll answer both:

    If you're trying to cut and your diet was any good then you'd lose more than 3lbs in 3 weeks irrespective of ECA.

    And if you were referring to what I said about GLA then call me crazy but I think I'll take Chris Aceto's word over yours...

    1lb of weight loss per week is what you should strive for! Any more and you'll lose too much muscle. I would keep it up!

    That would depend on this guys goals and stats, maybe he has no muscle to loose or doesnt care...

    If your diet were in check you could easily loose 3 lbs in 3 weeks without anything.

    Also look into your training routine, whats your BF% and how many time a week are you training? Are you doing any cardio ? These are all things that will make a big difference

    You could always drop the ECA, clean up your diet, do cardio on empty stomach at 6:30am 3-4 times a week then your normal workout at 4:30 pm and if that doesnt work...

    Just start smoking crack
