    Weight gainer. Does it work?

    So I am lookin to put on some pounds and I was wondering if weight gainer helps any for someone who is 22, 150lbs and 5'10" (9% body fat as well)

    as long as you take in more calories than you need (maintenance level), you will gain weight.

    And yes, a weight gainer will help

    I would make your own (its healthier and better)

    Or look into CytoSport Cytogainer

    or Russian Bear 5000

    Do you happen to know any details of weight gainer? Like would I be gaining fat or muscle mass? Good for meal replacement? I don't know if I trust a lot of websites that talk about it. They are usually just trying to promote a product.

    Be careful with them weight gainers as most of them are LOADED with sugar which is why they taste so good.

    I can still remember the banana split flavor from when i was a kid , mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    depends on the nutritional content of the weight gainer, and how much you use.

    Making your own is best imo

    get a coffee grinder, bag of oats and some whey. can also use pasteurized eggwhites with that or fruit if you like.
