Though in no way on par with Ephedra (the central ingredient) the other components do physiologically augment it, as does the ECY or ECAY...using Yohimbine. But you're right to the degree that it certainly isn't tantamount to soil, sunshine and water for a plant.

I'd defer to the second choice primarily because the first only lists the Eph within the proprietary blend, thereby not disclosing the ACTUAL amount (which is odd for anything that has a well defined primary ingredient).
