My PWO shake has been for years 50grams of whey protein and 80-100grams of dextrose and 5g of creatine. Now I see a lot of people saying stuff about this waxy and not take that with your shake?? Am I doin' it right?

Theres a number of different schools of thought on this, but in the end just do what works for you. Dont be afraid to try a number of different things.
Personally I have always found adding simple carbs (dextrose) a must. It makes me feel a lot less nausea's and instantly gives me a boost.
I personally have had more success using dextrose PWO also.
What kind of whey? Isolate, concentrate, casein or the dreaded proprietary blend????

For example, I'm 6'5", 235lbs and I take in 45g of Pro and 90g of Dex w/ water. I use Optumum Nut Choc Mint
i do 50 g whey
5g glutamaine
1.5g kre alklny
120 g waxy maze
