Hey everyone. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced gass and diarrhea while on creatine.
I've taken creatine before and don't remember having this problem.
I am on cellmass by bsn taking the recommended 1 scoop after work outs.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
i had the same problem with eas phosphagen elite it was horrible i would be crapping every few hours and i would clear out rooms at work with my farts also i couldnt do squats and stuff at the gym cause when i went down i would let a huge fart rip lol.
its a shame you said youre getting it with bsn cellmass cause i just ordered some of it hoping i wouldnt get the same problem
Good to know i'm not the only one with this problem. I hope more guys post about this.
I'm going to try to take half the dose with apple juice instead of water and whey protein. maybe this will help

I agree - get Kre Alkalyn or Esterfied creatine. Monohydrate will give some people the sides mentioned. Cellmass is supposed to be esterfied, but recently it was found they were putting the cheaper monohydrate in. Probably why the cellmass gave those symptoms.

Great! i'm glad there is a solution I'm just pissed i dropped all this cash on shit that doesn't agree with my system. Well you live and learn I guess.
Does anyone have a suggested post workout product that has all the stuff you need ( glutamine, creatine etc) that wont mess me up?
Some creatines caused those same sides with me but there are a few I took that didn't. Cell-Tech destoryed my stomach to the point I couldn't even finish out the tub. Try SizeOn by Gaspari Nutrition or Vitargo-CGL by Nutrex. Both worked well for me and didn't cause any of the sides you mentioned above.
i have a weak stomach when it comes to creatine and ive been using the Kre ALkalyn and its been fine. i mix that with some glutamine post workout with either water or gatorade.
anyone try kre alklyn powder??? does it taste good?
Hey guys. tried the Kre Alklyn tabs for the first time today. My stomach is fine and from what i've researched, it seems a better supplement then creatine. Better absorption.
