Ive read that B6 is good for prolactin related gyno. Not sure what the dosage is or how often you should use it. I've also read that ginko is another good natural alternative.

I used 300mg ed B6 while on deca and didn't notice any prolactin-related problems. Dose recs i've read are 200-300 mg/day. Do a search on B6 and prolactin. I believe B6 is aka pyridoxine.

B6 is supposed to help, but it didn't seem to help a guy I knew who did a heavy test/tren cycle. Of course, that is an extreme case.

I'd also research about the neurological damage of high b6 dosages. I'm not sure what the dosage would be. From my classes it's any above 200mg of b6 can cause neurlogical damage.
