amen to that. there is not much you can do to "just get your arms and stomach cut" and if there was, you'd of heard about it by now.
try Avant's Napalm if you are under 12% bodyfat as this is probably the best localized spot fat burner on the market, which is technically what you are looking to do. you can even go as far as to adding up to 5000mcg liquid or powder clen to your Napalm to enhance it. this gets rid of the jitters and most bad sides. if you dont want to go the clen route, which i recommend you not to do just due to the nature of your post, try a common fat burner after reading and searching through threads that you think would work best for you.

Obviously diet and cardio come first. My vote would be ECA stack, its sorta OTC. It really helps you push it hard on a calorie deficit and if you pop those then you kinda sign yourself up mentally for a nasty workout cause you dont wanna waste it sitting around.
