I also like them. Orange is horrible though in my opinion. Go with the grape.
I have taken this stuff but I found it a bit exspensive plus it gave me this horrible tingling/hot itching side effect, anyone esle get that?
yea down side is definitly the cost thats why i only buy them once and a while. And are u talking about a itchy feeling in ur throat? it might be the flavor? i alway get fruit punch, room temp, and drink water afterwards.Quote:

yea, my gym sells them indivdually or a 12 pack. $3 for one $33 for 12. There good for a quick fix, cause u can keep them in ur gym bag or car.
