    Question How much do you spend on protien a month???

    I'm just curious how much you guys spend on protien each month.

    I buy the 5lb containers of Optimum Nutrition and they are like $50 each. I drink 2 shakes a day with 2 scoops in each shake and the container only lasts me like 2 weeks.

    Basically I'm spending like $100 a month just in protien powder, not including food obviously.

    How much do you spend?????

    I used to buy 10lb sacks of ON online but now I get EAS at Samsclub... 5lb sack less than $25 and is comparable to ON in my opinion.
