    What do you guys think, does this seem like a good supplement to choose over whey supplements, I can actually get this cheaper then Whey, and it looks like the same, and I get issues from Whey and milk products, so..

    My lifting partner uses it bc he is anti-dairy, so I will chime in once again. Go for it

    Egg or soy would both be good substitutes for casein. I think he was looking for a whey substitute. Gemma has a faster absorption rate than egg or soy. Plus i think he was looking for a cheap alternative and gemma is def the way to go there.
