Protein Powders Besides Whey
Which once would be best to suit my goals? I can't handle milk products
Gemma isolat protein for:
* Gemma is a fast acting protein, right..?
- Before workout
- After workout
- Morning (for a fast acting protein?)
Egg protein:
Evening?
Morning?

Im an egg guy... No whey for me...
I never take Egg before a workout, it takes some time usually for me. I take a good amino before my workout and then right after I down the egg protein.
In the morning is ok too, but im all natural in the morning with grains and actual eggs. I dont see any reason you cant use it in the morning as a meal supplement? Or even an addition to a quick breakfast I just havent done it before.

It is best to use many protein sources,you will develop allergies if you only use one protein source all the time.
