Puking my brains out.

I'm currently taking N.O. Black Powder and PlasmaJet during lifting days..... I woke up about 30 minutes ago with the worst stomach pain in the world and ending up puking my guts out twice now....yellow liquid shit..... I've been taking the Black Powder for 3 weeks now and the PlasmaJet for one week.... Just not that long ago, about 2 weeks ago I ended up in the hospital for dehydration..... We thought it was food poisoning but wasn't 100% sure.... But I'm almost starting to believe it might be this N.O. Black Powder...? Anyone have an idea of what the **** is going on here? This ****n sucks.

I just drank a bottle of water and threw it back up just 2 minutes ago...... Idk what the hell to do....

Lay off all that shit for a while. Drink plenty fluids you need to get your electrolytes
back up..so fruit juices, gatorade, etc..

avoid caffeine, alcohol, diuretics.

drink slowly.. eat fruits..watermellon, honeydew, canteloupe, celery.

next time take those products one at a time or make sure they
are evenly spaced out..or alternate between products..
take some on days on others on days off.

Thanks for the help guys.... I took like a 5 hour nap, and feel alot better.... I'll defidently run to the store to get some gatorade here in a bit.
