The best time for bodybuilders to take taurine is thirty minutes before training and again immediately afterwards as this will heighten the effect of training.

Why are you expecting cramping? Like most ancillaries, it should be applied prn, i.e. as needed.
Optimal Clen use (as with many drugs) is continuous, but both ways work.

Most people who take clen, take taurine to help with any cramps.
