Im starting week 4 of Phera. I was doing 20-20-30. I have seen no strength or size gains to mention. I only received minor pump and vascularity increases when increased to 30. I have noticed no sides. Should I increase to 40 for week 4. How about finishing my bottles by doing week 4 - 40, week 5 - 30, week 6 - 30. I have pct of clomid,letro, and clen waiting.

The only other supplements I am taking are creatine and arginine.
