Im 23, been lifting now for about 8 months and have gained about 15-20 lbs.
I want to run a 4 week cycle of Tren. I want to keep as much of my gains as poss and avoid sides like gyno etc.
More than anything: is there a guide (link) that breaks it down. Someone who knows what they are talking about and has some real info describing what support sups or PCTs should be taken.
It seems that all I can find by searching the net is peoples logs, and 2 cents. Im looking for a complete breakdown of what I need and where I can get it.
