    Whats best to look after/clense kidneys

    a while ago i had a blood check for a virus and my kidneys came back as a worry
    i dont do steroids but use a little jintropin in the summer
    anyway i stopped creatine and stickin shit up my nose but i wondered if there is anything out there thats proven
    further tests came back as borderline
    apparantly taking protien is not to good for your kidneys if there are any problems with them (no gettting round that)
    i drink cranberry juice!
    i have been training for 18 years and i go from 105 kilo winter to 90/95 kilo summer i am 38
    any ideas

    Take a multivitamin, and TONS of water.

    Both of the above is good.

    Try eating veggies too man, veggies with alot of water, iceberg lettuce for example, spinach, cranberries as mentioned or cranberry juice (100% real).

    Dont try the gimmicks, natural will get you back to normal.


    WATER WATER WATER, lay off the soda and coffee if you drink it, just for a while if you cant handle for ever like me with my coffee.
