    Most Potent Pre Workout Pill

    What is it? Not an RTD but pill form besides ephedra. I want something to take a half hour before a workout that will make me go bonkers! lol, I miss stacker 3's with ephedra, anything out there close?

    craziest thing ive ever done was 30mg of ephedra 1 hour pre-workout with Stizm and RPM at full dose about 15 minutes before a workout and cardio. i dont quite know why i did it but it def. made me go bonkers and would not recommend going that far. you can still find ephedra at CVS and other pharmacies and online, look for Bronkaid if there is a CVS near you. 25mg for 12 tabs, like $7. other than that, both Thermolife Stizm and AN's RPM are at the top of my list for preworkout energy.

    Endorush is a great product. I love the Fruit punch but it is hard to find. I can only find it in a Golds Gym. I guess I can order it...
