Need help with energy!!
i just started working a very physically demanding job (construction) and i have no energy after getting off a 8hr shift of heavy lifting in the sun. I drink 2 gallons of water before even getting off. Before when i worked a desk job i had plenty left in me after work for a hard workout but now i need help finding a supplement i can take after work to scrape together some energy for the gym. is there anything i can take besides caffeine? i am not against it it is just that i take it all day at work to keep my head up. any suggestions would be well appreciated.

na man im justa newbie to all this.im the same im fuked wen i get home after workin in construction,try finding a gym that opens b4 work ,i find thats better

no theres 1 near me that opens at 6 in the morning .wat time do they open at where u live

try a preworkout pump product with a energy booster in it, i like controlled lab's white flood. if you want pure energy try Thermolife Stizm, sick energy. i also enjoyed RPM preworkout and i've heard Core's Zap is even better than RPM. anyone of those you go with you should be fine.

sounds good bro, you will enjoy anyone of those. just read and research on which you think will work best for your situation.
my gym stays open 24hours a day on the week days and opens from 5am-10pm on saturday and sunday. its very nice, specially when working late at night.

UPDATE: a fellow worker of mine recommended VPX Redline extreme and after work i drink one and it works like a charm. boosts energy, puts me in a better mood, gives me stamina at the gym. i would recommend it to anyone.

Its not bad, Ive taken it along with many others. But let me tell you about the best freakin energy/mood supplements I have yet come across in years...

Take a little nap after work, than go for a short jog, or caffeine.
Working hard sucks.. I am not a big fan of working at all. Working out yes, cause you're the boss, its like running your own business and working for yourself, but working for someone else.. I don't F'in think so...
Thats why I plan on winning a lottery one day .. kiss hard working good bye

I'm kinda in the same place. I can start my workout but after 30 mins i feel im running out of fuel and not in the mood any more to lift. So far i've tried to compress my WOs to 10/12 sets but I feel i need more work.
Is the any supplement or so that can give me a sustained energy boost which does not contain any caffeine or similar stimulant?. I can't take any of those under medical prescription.

stimulant free energy? if you work hard at work all day long you will need something with a stimulant. or loads of complex carbs. i sweat a gallon every day i presume. i drink 2 gallons before noon every day at work. i work in Florida where it is 100% humidity, and it is outside all day. sweat will hardly evaporate off of you. it just drips off and soaks your clothes. with all the water i drink i also eat every 2 hours to keep energy up. it it weren't for caffeine i would not work out at all.

B vitamins, caffeine, vitamin c, arginine, any clean food product that naturally converts to sugar like whole wheat bread (eat a honey and peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat). Start listening to Man music/heavy metal lol. Honestly, supps may work or may not. Sometimes it comes down to a psychological problem where after a long ass day you can't muster up the energy to work out and no matter what supplement you take you will just have the mind set that your too tired. You have to be the one to break yourself out of that.. for me, supplements can fail to give me energy especially after work. But one thing that never fails me is intense music. Throw on "Holy Wars" by Megadeth and you'll probably want to go into the gym and start tearing people's heads off haha. Why do you think that Affliction sponsors metal bands and has them play before MMA matches? Same thing with the WWE, and Spike tv, and all the sports channels. 90% of the time when the NFL comes back from a commercial break they'll be playing metal. Its all psychological my friend.

yeah i use venom hyperdrive, though i use a combo of things before i go, here's my pre-workout supplement list
2 caps of venom hyperdrive
chaos preworkout formula (mixture of several creatines and some other stuff)
5g glutamine
5g AAKG (alpha arginine ketoglutarate)
1200mg caffeine (closer to 2000mg if you add the caffeine in the chaos and venom to it)
sometimes i'll throw in some other stuff, oh yeah, and i'm on 160mcg of clenbuterol as well
really good preworkout stack, soon i'm gonna be adding amplifyO2 as well

same with me...i am a bankers work from 7-5pm....get exhausted before start to lift weights. can u go to gym when u get a lunch break?thats would be better...for me, coffee is the best.

160mcg's of clen and 1200mg of caffeine? are you trying to get a heart attack? you should never go over 400mg of caffeine or 120mcg of clen.
am i wrong about this?

you can take over 400mg of caffeine. but you shouldnt be taking caffeine while your taking clen imo. Clen is strong enough and caffeine is only a mild fat loss supp anyway.

normally yes you would be, but i'm one of those people that are hardly affected by clen or caffeine, i've taken over 300mcg of clen for 6 weeks before and didn't get any sides from it, and yes the clen was legit, the same with caffeine, i can take alot more than the average person

i agree, i didn't word my last post well at all, sorry i was in a hurry, i meant that when i get my amp02 i'm gonna use that by itself and then add other things as needed, sadly i'm one of those people that isn't affected by certain types of medication and supplements very well.

clen is something you need to cycle because your beta receptors become immune to it. that's why you cant feel it working. you need to get off of it for a few weeks.

Whats your diet look like ? This can make you or break you.
I work outside all day as well (physical job) and i still have energy to workout. Also try cutting your caffeine down during the day. Maybe in the morning to start your day then don't take any throughout the day except 20 mins before you workout. If you take it all day then your not really going to see much from again pre workout.
