Gnc
Today I went into GNC to look around and hope to pick up some supplements for my upcoming cycle. Keep in mind that this is probably the 2nd time that I ever went into GNC, I usually get my stuff online or at walmart.
I walk in the store and everything is overpriced! When I walk out, the guy asks me what I take and was trying to sell me the MegaMen Multivitamin, saying that it its just as important as whey in bodybuilding . Not to mention that he sold two 16 yr olds it in front of me 4 bottles of that stuff.
I went to walmart and got everything for half the price. 2 Pound tub of glutamine for 20 dollars at walmart. GNC was 55. Milk thistle I saved 11 dollars.
Moral of the story, Dont shop at GNC for supplments, their a ripoff.

I bought a 5lb tub of GNC once at a 50% off sale. It tore me up. I was on the crapper the rest of the day. One shake and the balance went into the trash. Wish I knew about their return policy then.

i only buy shit at GNC when its about to expire. Ive saved loads of money. Ive gotten the 83$ tub of muscle milk for 11$, as an example. Just hit up a few GNCs i9n one day if there are enough of them buy you, you're bound to find something on sale. I would never buy full price items tho

AS a former Manager of a GNC in California, I can tell you that the Mega-Men Vitamins are a joke. Salespersons are paid a commission for pushing that crap. Also the Gold Card. GNC is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA and they could care less what they put on the shelfs as long as it makes money. Understand that I worked for a company owned GNC, if you can find a franchise that is owned by a reputable, honest business person, then it is a good place to find "some" of your protien, aminos, and supps.

One shake and you get the shits and throw it away? Sounds dumb to me, I mean sometimes you just get the shits regardless of food eaten or supps taken.
As for the megamens vitamins they are no joke. Taking a good vitamin is VERY important and megamens is actually a very good quality vitamin. I prefer NOW's ADAM but if there is one good thing at GNC it would be the megamens vitamins IMHO.
