Curious how many of you take a multivitamin that contains iron, and how many of you choose an iron free multi.

well i started looking for drug interactions with iron and one thing led to another and then another and then one more thing and then when it was all over....i found alot more negatives and alot of studies supporting these negaives on iron then i found on benefits of supplementing with iron.

men are not suppose to take iron supplements. our bodies retain iron, women need iron.

no iron for me. any iron intake would be from my diet and i get plenty enough from that so im good. i worry more about my other herbs and antioxidants before iron.

not to shabby, good doses on a lot of things and since its free, it will do....cant complain to much about free shit. i like NOW's ADAM (cheap/good) and CL's Orange Triad (one of the best out).
