    Iron

Curious how many of you take a multivitamin that contains iron, and how many of you choose an iron free multi.

not to shabby, good doses on a lot of things and since its free, it will do....cant complain to much about free shit. i like NOW's ADAM (cheap/good) and CL's Orange Triad (one of the best out).
