    which ceatine?

    in the past ive had great success with cell-tech but didnt actually realize how much money i was spending so now i would like to try anther creatine product that is similar...i want a product that is good for putting water weight similar to cell tech. can anyone help me please? im lookin to order some creatine soon. thanks

    Cell-tech is crap. Throw it in the trash. Get yourself some real stuff: Kre-Alkalyn...some peeps like CEE, too.

    im not talking about serious bloat like from a cycle of test r anything like that but the like water that comes along with creatine makes me stronger and puts mass on me...but anyway whats Kre-Alkalyn? is that a company brand r is that a type of creatine?

    That strength is not from the water really, but from the creatine (and you might have a fast rush of energy from all the sugar in crap-tech). Take Kry-Alkalyn (Buffered) and you'll understand. There are a few brands that make it...I like all american efx, liquid or capped. No bloat, no pissing out your butt, and great pumps. Good luck, buddy! Hope this helps.

    I have used some of SCI-Fits products, their AKG Nitro pills where great, felt like I was going to explode out of my skin when I worked out on them but I tryed their CEE pills as well and they where shit!!!

    For my money I like Promera Con-cret. Conjugated creatine. Made me rock hard with no water retention. Taste is HORRIBLE though lol

    I get the 500gr powdered tub. I just dump the powder on my tongue and down some water.

    does juice's and milk count towards the amount of water im suppose to drink... and if sugar helps your body absorb it wouldnt gatorade or powerade be a good choice?

    No it doesn't count as your water intake. Water is water, simple. And yes gatorade would be a good choice after a workout to help spike insulin levels which increases protein synthesis. This has been proven many times to get a simple carb into your system. I know carbs are broken down into sugars and I've been seeing alot on here lately about not getting in so much, no more than 40g, but if I only take in the shake with 40 g of WMS i definately don't fill out as much as I do when I take in the shake 40 g WMS, gatorade, and a banana. Thats just what works for me. Things will change when I start dieting down for a show though.

    i still use a straight up monohydrate in grape juice. Hold about 5lbs of water, no stomach/intestine problems. Great strength gains. Guess im not convinced about all the "new" creatines.

    im going to the beach in 20 days! im still continuing everything when i get home from vacation its just a goal point right now to gain like 5 pounds in 20 days of muscle

    Well enjoy yourself at the beach. I don't know about 5lbs of muscle in 20 days. It might be possible, I've always understood that a natural can only gain b/w 15-20lbs of muscle a year. Get you a diet plan and follow it to the T. But don't think this creatine is magic and if you don't gain 5lbs it was the creatines fault. Your diet is the only way to gain that weight. Good luck!!!

    i gained probably about 25 pounds of good muscle in 6 months mayb 5 pounds a little fat , but i was so skinny you couldnt tell

    Yeah its a little bit different when your underweight. Once you get to a reasonable level it gets harder
