go on ebay, or holland & barrat thers tons of this stuff at high doses on its own and mixed like you want and it wont cost you much!!!

By far the best joint supp I've ever used/seen is Renew JS by NDS. And it's not even close to the run of the mill Gluc/Chond formulas.

I keep hearing about Cissus.
I take Gloc/Cond w/ MSM and it works well. Takes time to start working though.
