    Talking Protein drink how many a day?

    I have read consume protein drinks four times a day. I have read only drink one after your workout. I have been drinking one in the morning one after my workout and one before I go to bed. The other meals are eggs, tuna, steak, and chicken. I am doing a deca and sus-250 cycle for 12 weeks. What is the right answer?

    I use 2 per day, one post workout, a mix of soy,iso and casein protein. Also one before bed just casein protein.

    You don't have to consume any proteins drink. The purpose of them is simply to help you reach your protein intake each day. Except PWO, just eat whole food it's way better imo.

    I am in Iraq so it is hard sometimes to get all the protein that I need in real food so is the protein drink ok if I am falling short?

    so what i am doing by three to four times a day is still good for me? I try and eat as much protein that I can but still limited.

    Shakes are inferior to good whole foods, period. Do you want inferior or superior fuel for your goals?

    You are what you eat. I'd take a chicken breast or tin of tuna over any fancy protein powder anytime.

    Try your best to eat whole foods but I understand that since you're in Iraq that may be hard to come by. Use shakes to get the rest of your daily protein, whether that be 1 shake or 4.

    Shakes are fine with me as a protein supplement. As long as they are not the basis of a meal and include some whole foods they are ok. PWO, bedtime, and morining i always use them. But whole protein foods are superior

    i myself like a lot of other guys, do shakes in the morning, PWO, and nightime. of course whole foods are best all the time, and your body needs different sources, not just shakes, but if that's all you have access to , it 100% better than not taking anything at all. good luck man, be safe up there.
