I've tried No-explode before and it was good for the first couple weekd but after that, I wanted to puke and the adrenaline wore off. I will see if this product superceedes the NO Xplode.

Havn't tried anything else. Well I just came off of Animal Pump. Too many pills for me and the didn't get the same pump as I did today. I had a good pump after the first day. Hope its not a placebo effect and mental thing, but I will keep you updated.

TJM, I do hear you on the money though. I was just talking about ho much we spend on supplements with a guy at the gym. But that's what I do. I don't go out and I don't drink, lifting right now is my entertainment.

Although I believe that the Whey is crucial and a must. I don't have access to food like a normal person would as I am on the road all day. And have to be creative in getting all my cals and proteins in.

2nd day - I took the SuperPump 250 (2 scoops) before working out and then I got to the gym within 20 minutes and I started drinking the SizeOn, like the directions stated, while working out.

I started out nice and fired up and was moving good through the sets. Well then something must have kicked in and I started getting glazed over vision and dizziness and by the time I finished my last back routine, deadlifts, I was ready to puke. I was suppose to do Bicepts after the back workout, but I couldn't go on any further and I went into the locker room and laid down. Then I sat up after about 5 mins and I thought I was going to earl so I headed straight for the restroom and started praying to the porcelain (sp) god. I was dry heaving and spitting up.

I'm not sure what happened from yesterday till today, only thing I did different was I took the size on after the workout, which is also an option.

I'm going to try and take the stuff again tommorow and not take the SizeOn till after the workout during shoulder and trap day and if I get sick again, this stuff is going out with tomorrow's trash!

i didn't like superpump.. it was ok for a few days then lost its luster. the only thing that worked mildly was 3 scoops of nano vapor, but that kept me up all night (10 hours after taking it)
