A good protein source will have all the amino acids you need plus the BCAA's you need. Protein is made up of amino acids. Just find a good protein powder to supplement with such as syntho6 or muscle milk. ZMA is not a protein or amino acid its a mineral combination composed of zinc and magnesium.

extreme formulations ICE is one of the best but doesnt mix well and tastes like balls, I use Scivation Extend personally b/c i get it cheap and it tastes good also it has glutamine in it which I like.
you are correct that ICE is currently the best EAA formula out right now. i find that is mixes well in my shaker and the grape taste like grape kool-aid. it has a better ingredient source than Xtend but Xtend watermelon was the best tasting EAA product i ever tried.
sip on some EAA mix before/during your workout and throughout the day on a cutting cycle. take your ZMA before bed. other than that, the rest of your aminos and nutrients should come from mainly from food and maybe a multivitamin.
