Day three of a h-drol 50 cycle . . .
experiencing mild back pums and headaches at the gym, after researching am aware these are common sides, just wondering if I should adjust any of my support supps:
multi vit; 2 ed
vit c; 1000mg ed
milk thistle; 1000mg ed
hawthorn berries (not extract); 5650mg ed
CoQ10; 120mg ed
Fish,flax oil; 800mg ed
RYR; delayed in the mail as yet, ooops!
was also considering saw palmetto and vitamin b complex but didn't realise how costly these supps were, wow! I guess leaving it till the last minute and buying from your local healthstore wasnt the most cost effective. Perhaps the berries are just not as effective as the extract full stop depite using much higher doses . . . I'm assuming my head aches are down to slightly elevated bp? Think more water will solve the back pumps?
