I thik it sucks. Just my 2 cent though. I bought some and took it back 2 days later to get my money back. Do a search for Super Pump 250 and size on. The topic is probably beat to death.

and you know it sucks after 2 days what do you excpect 20 pounds on ur bench in 2 days. it doesnt work that way. size on is actually an excellent creatine. not my opinion. look at the nutrition facts its loaded with all the inportant muscle building properties.
