Nettle Root dosing?

Product: Nettle Root 60%-95% extract

Claimed to be the exact same as the old activate formula just much cheaper. What would be a good dose to run of this product? (Like what was the dose of the nettle root in old activate?)

Also, do people feel this product works good?

the old and new formula both contain 400mg of nettle root extract @ 95% except the new one also contains some other ingredients to make it a little better.

some places sell it bulk but i must say this stuff isnt the best to cap or drink. google Divanex made by NP's Nutracaps. just came out this week. same source and amount, 400mg nettle root @ 95%, as old activate for $30 and its 120caps not 90. good dosing is around 1-2G .... closer to 2g if you can afford it.

^Appreciate the advice looks like a good deal. Have you (or anyone else reading) personally had success with this product? I will be stacking it with an AI and a long jack extract.

nettle root is solid and stacked with something like a smaller dose of 6-bromo, ATD, transdermal formestane, or 6-oxo would be even better. i would recommend bulk/capped nettle and trione (6oxo) together.
