Ive been lifting for over 2 years im 5'8 170. im new to the ph/steroid scene but i thought ive give Dx3 a shot. My only other related experience was an Andriol only cycle which proved to be a burn on my wallet.
my diet:
7- 5 eggs 2 whole 3 whites only 1 cup oatmeal 1 bannana
10- 1 can tuna-tortilla
12- chicken breast potato
2-yougurt(chicken,steak or some sort of meat)
pre-workout 2 scoops whey 1 bannana
postworkout-2 scoops whey bagel with jelly
7-some sort of meat with a vegetable
930 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup cottage cheese 1%
others- 15g creatine (not at once) 15g glutamine, 10g arginine
my question is has anyone tried this and what kind of results to expect and what kind of things did you deal with like sides etc. I can find alot about superdrol but not Dx3 i know its supposed to be the same but who really knows.
Anyway im a week in first few days i started at 10 mg now im at 20 really no sides other than a few nose bleeds. kind of lethargic cant tell ive been working my ass off. SHould i expect results in the third week? right now im 5 pounds up but i know thats the diet and other supps.
