    Help w/supplements on cycle

    Im getting ready to go on a 12 week cycle, and currently im taking star chem armageddon, star chem evo, whey, waxy maize and caesin. Is all this needed on my cycle too?

    i dont know what all that shit is, but i can tell you that all need to focus is ur diet.
    u need a lot of protein, carbs, some fat.

    whats armageddon and evo? people use a preworkout, but creatine would do more if you saved it for pct. the protein and carbs are fine if you use them correctly
