Finally got my Amp02 package in the mail a few minutes ago and iv been reading reviews and threads about the stuff but still find a few questions unanswered.
1.Ive read some things that said to take it on an empty stomach. True?
2.Some people say to take it with fruit or arginine to amplify the effects. True?
3.Has anybody tried the half dosage suggested on the bottle to "assess my tolerance"? from personal experience, is starting with half dose really necessary and do you get any effects from it at 5-6 caps?
4. Should i take it everyday? just preworkout?
5. Regarding fat loss.... how potent and personal experiences during cutting?
