There's a new bud at our gym who asked me to spot him. We began chatting about suppliments and asked me if I had ever tried Colostrum. This dude was shredded to the bone!
He said the advantages were, fat loss, muscle gain, and increased GH production.
1. I completed a search and found a few postings, but none of which seemed to be too recent.
2. I hear there is only one TRUE manufacturer of Bovine Colostrum.
3. I understand you need less of this particular type of protien as it's very bio-friendly and it's absorbed quickly.
So, who's tried it and what did it do or not do for you?
