hey all first poster here!! 27 yrs old, been workin out for about 2 years seriously. when i started i weighed 218 now i'm 178, around 13% bf. want to get to 170, bout 10%. no problem reaching that goal really, just a matter of time. when i reach my goal i wanna put on some lean mass but i have a hard time putting on size without fat. seems like i go pound for pound. bf for mass. was lookin into prohormones . was wondering if any1 has a personal experince with these. any info would be helpful.
