what stuff you guys take during your cycle? i mean besides protein, and vitamins. like do you guys stay on creatine, or pre-workout things such as NO-xplode or NanoVapor? i will be on 10 weeks of test e.

creatine isn't really needed. the test will give you such better results, and you'll bloat enough with that, you don't really need to add to it. some people use NO stuff, thats more up to you.

yeah that was kind of my dilemma on creatine. like how effective it would be along with the test.

its better to save it for pct. so you can use everything you have to keep the gains you made on cycle

Bro, like a week ago you asked what you should do for your first cycle. I think he's asking people who have first hand knowledge.

I would do what you normally do, minus the creatine, to see exactly how good your gains were on test.

Why do people always talk about takin bcaas? Are they talking about taking the essential and non essential amino acid pills? Aren't these just a complete and total rip off? Like just about every other OTC product for that matter.

Look at the back of your protein and see if it lists the AA's, if they have the list, all of them should be listed there. This is something that always baffles me.

Also, I stick to NO EXplode, and I also take Cell MAss, both are not cheap and are CEM products but I like them. The NO gives you a nice boost to help you work out harder and the Cell Mass is great for quicker and more efficient recovery. Don't expect any gains of them, just expect them to help you push a little harder and recover a little faster.

But as far as just straight creatine it just helps to replenish water into the muscle cells, which test already does, so there's really no need for it.

Some people are able to feel an extra pump though from creatine on top of test, so if you're on of those people it may help you in that regard as far as pushing out that extra rep or two.

most proteins add more amino acids, but bcaa's or eaa's offer them without the protein (and 0 calories)

but how much can creatine help recovery compared to test? shouldn't test have you recover fast enough on its own?

Considering amino acids are the basic building blocks of muscle tissue. . .you decide.

Your body has to exert less energy into building muscle from amino acids than it does breaking down protien itself. EAA/BCAA are not a ripoff imho.

Hmmm, interesting. Well, I've seen many of my friends take the bcaas, and we've had the same discussion, and they certainly don't get any bigger or build more muscle than me. So I'll just stick to getting them from my protein powder.

And correct I wasn't saying that creatine will help you recover faster than test. But, some people do feel they get an extra pump out of it, but with test that really shouldn't be neccessary.

But things like NOexplode... Love it! Greatest preworkout supplement I have ever taken. It gives you that jolt to get you going. As far as using it any other time throughout the day however, total waste.
