So, I finally got my fat ass back into the gym after a 3 year hiatus. Marriage, 2 kids later, and I can finally get off my ass now.
Back to the basics, I need to get on a program, and get the proper nutrition. I know the food basics so that's not an issue. Just on the supplement side of creatines, protiens, etc. I completely lost track of what's out there and I don't want to waste $ on a bunch of trial and error garbage. Looking for a good whey protien, already up on MuscleMilk for bedtime.
Suggestions?
