Currently using muscle milk mint chocolate 3-4 shakes a day...double pwo...1.5 x b4 bed time...
Am I overdoing it...any ideas..thoughts...comments

u should try to eat more high protien meals inplace of some of those shakes
Bro...thats imbetween meals... and my meals generally consist of lean meat like baked or boiled chicken breast, grilled sirloin, or baked fish (8 oz portion)....along with 1 serving fresh fruit...2 types steamed veggies...and salad w/o dressing....
Reason i want to know about the protein is because i am a RN who works in the 3rd busiest ER in the NATION....I dont have much time on my hands when I am at work...its easy to pound a shake...
