    ECA vs lipoflame

    was considering one or the other whats your opinion and experience with these products what are the dosages u reccomend for best results.

    also while ur reading what is this amp 02?

    I've never tried an ECA stack, so I couldn't tell you anything on that.
    People seem to like it.

    Amplify 02 is a pre workout supp, and its pretty awesome. IMO, better than Explode, Shotgun, and Superpump.
    I want to try Plasma Jet though. Have heard good things.

    Lipoflame worked well for me also.

    Amp 02 is just another pre-workout supp.....That totally kicks ass!!!!...What I like about it is it hits you but not to hard....Explode made me feel like shit! Superpump wasnt strong enough. Amp 02 is perfect for me...

    My vote is for lipoflame.....don't really need to take four caps at once break it up 2 in morning 2 in the afternoon work great!

    really u dont need the reccomended dose huh? what about running the two together?

    Some people just use low doses because its potent stuff. Try and see where you fall into.


    And yes, you can run them together.
